DELIVERY METHOD
Once you have completed your order, the products are shipped immediately, as long as the product is available. The products are transported within Greece with the ACS partner courier company and abroad with TNT according to agreement with the customer. The products are transported with the responsibility and charge of the customer. In case the product you have selected is not immediately available, the company will contact you at the email or number details you filled out when registering / ordering.
DELIVERY TIME
Once you have completed your order, the delivery times for your product are as follows:
A) if the place of delivery is in the city of Thessaloniki, within 2 * working days at the latest.
B) if the place of delivery is in the city of Athens and the rest of the Prefecture of Attica within 3 * working days at the latest.
C) if the place of delivery is in the rest of mainland and island Greece within 5 * working days at the latest.
* excluding the above days, holidays and weekends.
SHIPMENT COST
Shipping costs with courier company ACS are as follows:
For each parcel up to 2 kg the shipping cost is 2.20 €. From 2-3 kg plus 1 € for each extra kilo. From 6-12kg € 6.59 for land destinations. In case of payment the charge is plus 3,50 €. (excluding 24% VAT).
DELIVERY DAYS
Monday-Friday 09:00 until και 17:00
On Saturday, the delivery is extra charge, about twice the cost of the simple shipment.
The company is responsible for the time of delivery of the goods to the courier company, but not for the time of final delivery of the goods to the consumer, which is the sole responsibility of the latter.
